The One

Reflections on The one !

There is no rise there is no fall when you see the one in all;

when I see you and you see me for what it IS;

It is nothing, but love and kindness, as it is meant to be;

The thoughts betray, and lead us astray;

they show us the limits of who we are;

But, when they focus on the one, that is also within:

There is no limit once and for all.
